I rarely love buildings that are still in their occupancy period, but I do this one. It is next to the fashion district, restaurants/bars, The Well, and transit. Some pros and cons to consider about this building:
Pros:
- Convenient location
- Variety of amenities
- Great eastern views
- Decent finishes ensuite
- Low maintenance fees at $0.64 PSF
Cons:
- The building is still under its occupancy phase
- Some of the amenities are yet to be completed
- I suspect that maintenance fees might increase at a higher rate for the first couple of years, as they do in most new buildings

Can't deny the central location, easy access to Toronto’s hospital district, financial core, and transit options. But management responsiveness and the delay in operational amenities, air conditioning outages and limited elevator access are seriously frustrating
