You can&rsquo;t get much closer to Lake Ontario than the Ocean Club Waterfront Condos. The building is situated one block away from Marine Parade Drive, beyond which there&rsquo;s nothing but parkland. Perfect place for professionals who want some quiet and fresh air. I bike the lake trail almost daily, and the TTC is surprisingly accessible from here. The design of the building feels modern without being overdone.

To be honest, the unit finishes weren’t as high-end as I expected in the pre-con. The kitchen feels a bit cramped. But if you're after views and peaceful surroundings, it's still a solid choice. Noise levels are low.

The view alone is worth it. Living here feels like you're on vacation half the time. Easy access to the waterfront trail and my balcony faces the lake - stunning at sunset. Amenities are great too.
