Nice blend of uptown tranquility with easy downtown access. Responsive property management, respectful residents, and a high elevator-to-suite ratio. Units facing Yonge Street enjoy a quiet, residential vibe. The only downsides are the narrow parking garage entrance and no pool. Overall great choice in a solid neighborhood, balancing privacy with urban convenience.

I’ve lived here for about six months and it’s been a solid experience so far. The building is fairly new, so everything still feels fresh (especially the lobby and common areas). The location is great if you like quieter, more residential neighbourhoods but still want to be close to Midtown.
