The residences at 61-63 St. Clair Avenue West in the <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/midtown/yonge-and-st-clair">Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood</a> surpass the great expectations set by its name: The Granite Place Condos. Developed by the Four Seasons Group along with Granite Place Properties, these twin 18-storey condos have maintained their luxury appeal since they were built in 1979.The development can thank Boris Zerafa of WZMH Architects &mdash; perhaps best known for their work on the CN Tower &mdash; for their enduring elegance. As the structure rises, its spacious balconies extend to create sharp corners, resulting in a resolute impression fitting for such a distinguished residence.Conversely, the building exterior features distinctive cladding. This gives their twin towers a softer, more welcoming character, especially when their brilliant glazing gleams in the sunlight.Residents enjoy an extensive array of amenities. While this includes fitness facilities, a lounge, a catering kitchen, and library, the highlight is the salt water pool, a unique swimming experience in the city.Finally, coming home to 61-63 St. Clair means more than coming through a 24-hour concierge-staffed lobby: The parkette grounds features a garden designed by Lois Lister, which gives the Granite Club Condos an added atmosphere of serenity.

Awful!  Security tries but management is horrible. Condo board spends so much money on the gardens and the foyer but it’s tired and dated. Maintenance is some of the highest in the city for a sub par building. No maintenance man on staff and a lot of the residents are rude and think they’re superior.

Nice and centralized apartment to live in. Midtown but feels more downtown, I like it here
