There&rsquo;s nothing typical about the architecture at 83 Borough Drive: cylindrical glass towers simply aren&rsquo;t the norm in Toronto. Perhaps Burka Varacalli Architects predicted a divisive response to the 360 at the City Centre Condos, as they also designed more conventional stucco <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/townhouse-condos">townhouse units</a> for those who don&rsquo;t feel like living in such a unique structure.Built in 2006 by Tridel, 83 Borough reaches to 36 storeys and is divided into 489 homes. And while residents unanimously agree on the merits of amenities like a concierge and security, underground and visitor parking, and a party room, indoor pool, gym, and sauna, condo seekers with dogs will have to look elsewhere, as the building maintains a no-dog policy.
