    This building is outdated and poorly managed, with no upgrades since the 70s. Mold has been ignored since 2017, and ongoing water leaks persist in the basement. The halls are in disrepair, with unpleasant odors and worn carpet. Despite changes in management, nothing improves. It’s best to avoid this building.

    Applewood Place is a great building to live in. While concerns have been raised in the past, it’s important to note that management has taken significant steps to improve the property. Renovations have included: - ✅ Mold remediation - 🛠️ Complete hallway renovation in 2022 - 🪟 Window and patio door replacement - 🧱 Extensive work in the basement and on the building’s exterior These upgrades reflect a clear commitment to maintaining and enhancing the building’s condition. For residents and prospective buyers, Applewood Place offers spacious units, strong amenities, and a well-established community—with ongoing improvements that address many of the concerns previously mentioned.
