    The entrance is unassuming but impressive, with fine art and high-quality details throughout. Great views, friendly concierge, and a prime location beside the subway. A hidden gem in downtown Toronto.

    Location, location, location. I work at UofT and walk to campus in under 10 minutes. The building feels safe and the amenities are just enough (nothing excessive but all well maintained) Zero regrets buying here.
